Hi! I got a call from SCS today. They asked me if I would be interested in teaching 1st grade instead of 2nd. They said that they needed to move some teachers around and they thought 1st would be a better fit for me. I was so excited I said yes right way!! I did my student teaching in Kindergarten, so I feel a little more prepared to teach 1st. I have also met with the 1st grade teacher who was there last year and she has set me up very well. She was really excited to hear that I am going to have her room. She assured me that everything is ready for me and I will love first grade. I just know this is God's doing!! Pray that I can get prepared for 1st grade now! I only have 3 weeks!
